We are asking $199,000 for the lot and I'm setting a price on the home this week. If we can't get a buyer by word of mouth we will list it with a realtor on the MLS. Meaning the buyer and seller have another 9% to pay/lose on the lot tranaction or 5/6% on the home sale.
